CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-267 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRESS PAYMENT NO. 1 FOR WORK <br />BY OLIVER DE SILVA CO., INC., AND FOR THE MATERIALS <br />FURNISHED FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT THE INTERSECTION OF VALLEY <br />AVENUE AND SANTA RITA ROAD, PROJECT 77-2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Oliver de Silva Co., Inc. performed in connection with <br /> the work and materials furnished for improvements at the inter- <br /> section of Valley Avenue and Santa Rita Road, Project 77-2, <br /> has progressed satisfactorily to the point at which Progress <br /> Payment No. 1 is in order. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />1. That the Finance Officer be instructed to prepare a warrant <br /> in the amount of $63,511.95 in favor of Oliver de Silva Co., <br /> Inc., for satisfaction of Progress Payment No. 1 for the <br /> work performed and for the materials furnished for improve- <br /> ments at the intersection of Valley Avenue and Santa Rita Road, <br /> Project 77-2. <br /> <br /> This resolution shall be effective immediately upon its <br /> passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 11, 1977 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer and <br /> Mayor Philcox <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
