CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-266 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRESS PAYMENT NO. 1 FOR <br />WORK ON TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT MAIN STREET AND ROSE <br />AVENUE AND MAIN STREET AND RAY STREET BY STEINY & <br /> <br />C0. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />work by Steiny & Co., performed in connection with the <br />Traffic Signal installation at Main Street and Rose Avenue <br />and Main Street and Ray Street, has progressed satisfactorily <br />to the point at which Progress Payment No. 1 is in order. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Finance Officer be instructed to prepare a warrant <br /> in the amount of $29,514.51 in favor of Steiny & Co., in <br /> satisfaction of Progress Payment No. 1 for the work performed <br /> on the Traffic Signal installation at Main Street and Rose <br /> Avenue and Main Street and Ray Street. <br /> <br />Section 2.
