CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-265 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR MORRISON- <br />ANDERSON (MS-76-13) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City has been requested by Mr. Eugene F. Morrison and <br />Mr. Roger W. Anderson to permit a minor lot line adjustment <br />in the boundary line between their respective parcels (Lot <br />69, Tract 2573, 5523 San Jose Drive and Lot 70, Tract 2573, <br />5471 San Jose Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the effect of a lot line adjustment will be to create a more <br /> usable side yard for Lot 69; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of October 11, 1977, received <br />a report from the Director of Engineering Services regarding <br />said lot line request to which was appended a map indicating <br />the lot line adjustment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. Approves Minor Subdivision 76-13 permitting a lot line <br />adjustment between Lot 69, Tract 2573, 5523 San Jose Drive <br />and Lot 70, Tract 2573, 5471 San Jose Drive, as more particularly <br />set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution will become effectively immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON OCTOBER 1t, 1977 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />ATTEST: ROBER' C.
