CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-264 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR KIPP-ENSTAM <br />(MS-77-11) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Harold Kipp and Dennis Enstam have requested the City to permit <br />a lot line adjustments between, respectively, Lots 15, Tract <br />3147, 7004 Via Quito and Lots 16, Tract 3147, 6998 Via Quito, in <br />order to create a more usable rear yard for Lot 15 and a more <br />usable side yard for Lot 16; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of October 11, 1977, considered <br />a staff report from the Director of Engineering Services to <br />which was appended a map indicating the proposed lot line <br />adjustment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Minor Subdivision 77-11, allowing a lot line <br /> adjustment between Lot 15, Tract 3147, 7004 Via Quito and Lot <br /> 16, Tract 3147, 6998 Via Quito, as more particularly set forth <br /> in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by refer- <br /> ence. <br /> <br />Section 2.
