CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-263 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A LEASE AGREEMENT <br />WITH LIVERMORE AREA RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT REGARDING <br />USE OF CAMP PARKS' GYMNASIUM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton entered into an agreement with Livermore <br />Area Recreation and Park District for the use of the Camp <br />Parks' gymnasium for fiscal year 1976-77; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, revisions to said contract are necessary to reflect increased <br /> use of the gymnasium by the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of October 11, 1977, considered <br />a report from the Director of Recreation and Human Services <br />to which was appended a copy of the proposed lease agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes the mayor, subject to approval by the City Attorney, <br /> to execute an agreement with Livermore Area Recreation and Park <br /> District regarding use of the Camp Parks' gymnasium for fiscal <br /> year 1977-78. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution will become effective immediately upon its <br /> passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON OCTOBER 11, 1977 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer and <br /> Mayor Philcox <br /> <br />NOES: None ~ <br />ABSENT: None ROB RT C.
