CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 77-262 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE 1978-79 COOPERATION <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF ALAMEDA RELATING TO THE HOUSING <br />AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton and County of Alameda previously <br />entered into a cooperation agreement for the disbursal of <br />Housing and Community Development Act funds upon applica- <br />tion and receipt of said funds by the County of Alameda; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />it is necessary for the City and County to enter into a <br />cooperation agreement for the filing of an application by <br />the County of Alameda as an urban county for funds for <br />fiscal year 1977-78; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton has designated to the County of <br />Alameda projects which will be funded by moneys attribu- <br />table to the City under the Housing and Community Develop- <br />ment Act of 1974; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes execution by the Mayor of a Cooperation <br /> agreement between the City of Pleasanton and the County <br /> of Alameda for the Housing and Community Development pro- <br /> gram for fiscal year 1977-78. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 4, 1977, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers Brandes, <br />Mayor Philcox <br />None <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />~~E.~rown, City Cle~ <br /> <br /> City Attorney ~ <br /> <br />Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer and <br /> <br />Rober~hilcox, <br /> <br /> <br />
