CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-297 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PROGRAM SUP- <br />PLEMENTS NO. 3 & 4 TO LOCAL AGENCY - STATE AGREE- <br />MENT NO. 04-5101 FOR FEDERAL-AID IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton has an agreement with the State of <br />California for Federal-Aid Program under the Federal High- <br />way Safety Act; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of November 8, 1977, re- <br />ceived a report of November 1, 1977 from the Director of <br />Engineering Services regarding supplements to the afore- <br />mentioned master agreement with the State of California, <br />in order to add program supplements No. 3 & 4 for the up- <br />grading of street name sign in the Jensen Tract area and <br />the widening of Hopyard Road curve near Johnson Industrial <br />Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of November 8, 1977, con- <br />sidered said report and modifications to the master agree- <br />ment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes execution by the Mayor, subject to approval of <br /> the City Attorney, of Supplements No. 3 & 4 to the Local <br /> Agency - State Agreement No. 04-5101 for Federal-Aid Improve- <br /> ments under the Federal Highway Safety Act. <br /> <br />Section 2.
