CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-296 <br /> <br />RE: APPROVAL OF PROGRESS PAYMENT NO. 2 FOR WORK BY <br />OLIVER de SILVA CO., INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT OF VALLEY <br />AVENUE AND SANTA RITA ROAD INTERSECTION AND INSTALLA- <br />TION OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />work by Oliver de Silva Co., Inc. performed in connection <br />with the improvement work on Valley Avenue and Santa Rita <br />Road intersection and installation of a traffic signal, <br />Project #77-2, has progress satisfactorily to the point <br />at which Progress Payment No. 2 is in order; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Finance officer be instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $67,472.94 in favor of Oliver de <br /> Silva Co., Inc. in satisfaction of Progress Payment No. 2 <br /> for the work performed on the improvement work on Valley <br /> Avenue and Santa Rita Road intersection and installation <br /> of a traffic signal. Project #77-2. <br /> <br />Section 2.
