Develops and coordinates City's street tree program and <br />administers City's heritage tree ordinance. <br /> <br />Reviews private development landscape plans to insure compliance <br />with City standards and requirements. <br /> <br />Construction Inspector <br /> <br />1. Assumes on-site responsibility for coordination of specialized <br /> public and private improvement projects° <br /> <br />2. Reviews and issues encroachment permits, determines fees and <br /> bond requirements, coordinates projects with appropriate <br /> individuals/agencies. <br /> <br />3. Sufficient funds are available <br />to effect these salary adjustments. <br /> <br />RECOFiMENDATIONS <br /> <br />Based upon the results of this classification study, we recommend the <br />following: <br /> <br />1. The proposed revised class titles in Field Services set forth <br /> on pages 4 and 5 of this report be approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
