CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-288 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING CITY REPRESENTATIVES TO <br />LAVWMA RECLAMATION STUDY. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Livermore-Amador Valley Water Management Agency is <br />undertaking a study of the use of reclaimed treated waste- <br />water in the Livermore-Amador Valley; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, LAVWMA has received funding from the State of California for <br /> the Step 1 Planning Activities of the Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the grant conditional-associated with said state funding <br />require the establishment of a Policy, Committee and a <br />Technical Advisory Committee; and <br /> <br />it is necessary for the~Ci~v.of.Pleasanton to appoint <br />representatives for the City to said committees; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: ~ <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council appoints Councilmember William Herlihy as <br /> the City of Pleasanton representative on the Policy Advisory <br /> Committee and Mr. Clayton E. Brown, City Manager, to the <br /> Technical Advisory Committee. <br /> <br />Section 2.
