CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 77-287 A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ALLOCATION OF REMAINING CAPACITY AT THE SUNOL SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1977~.78. WHEREAS, the City Council on April 12, 1976 adopted Resolution No. 76-83 {A ResolutiOn Establishing On An Interim Basis, A Method For Allocating Additional Single Family Dwelling Unit Equivalent Sewer Connections At The Sunol Sewage Treatment Plant For Properties Located Within The Sunol Service Area); and WHEREAS, pursuant to said resolution, City Council on April 11, 1977 adopted Resolution 77-108 (A Resolution Specifically Allocating 140 Single Family Dwelling Unit Equivalent Sewer Connections At The Sunol Sewage Treatment Plant For Properties Located Within The Sunol Sewer Service Area); and WHEREAS, the Assistant to the City Manager prepared a report of October 18, 1977 providing a semi-annual report to the City Council as required by Resolution No. 76-83 regarding the operation of the Sunol Plant and the number of unused connections remaining from the allocation made pursuant to Resolution No. 77-108; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Accepts the recommendations as set forth in the Staff Report of October 18, 1977, not to make any additional allocations of capacity at the Sunol Sewage Treatment Plant. Section 2. The following allocations made pursuant to Resolution No. 77-108 which have not been purchased shall continue be available for purchase until the City Council adopts new allocation resolution: to Unspecified Commercial and Industrial 6.23 Reserved for San Francisco Industrial 5.0 Reserved for Presbyterian Church 3.3 TOTAL 14.53 The above allocations are based upon a single family dwelling unit equivalent sewer connection.
