CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 77-284 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING PLEASANTON RESIDENTS TO SERVE ON THE HISTORICAL LANDMARK OVERLAY DISTRICT ADVISORY COMMITTEE WHEREAS, the City Council, cn February 26, 1973, adopted Ordinance No. 691 establishing a Historical Landmark Overlay Zoning District a.nd providing for the appointment of Pleasanton residents to serve on a Historical Landmark Advisory Committee; and WHEREAS, at the City Council meeting of October 25, 1977, the City Manager presented his report dated October 20, 1977 regard- ing this matter; and WHEREAS, City Councilmembers then recommended and considered certain appointees and their background which would qualify them to serve as members of the Historical Landmark Advisory Committee; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Appoints the following residents of the City of Pleasanton to serve on the Historical Landmark Overlay District Advisory Committee for a term of two years each: (1) PAUL LARSON appointed to the Committee due to his involvement with the Historical Society and qualifications in his resum~ to Council. (2) DOROTHY DAVIS appointed to the Committee due to her past involvement with the Pleasanton Bicentennial Heritage Committee and qualifica- tions in her resum~ to Council. (3) LORETTA LUND appointed to the Committee due to her past membership on the Bicentennial Heritage Committee and other qualifications set forth in her resum~ to Council. (4) WILLIAM APPERSON appointed to the Committee due to his long involvement in the Historical Society as a member and past president. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon
