CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-283 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEEDS FROM KAISER SAND <br />AND GRAVEL. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on September 13, <br />1977, adopted Resolution No. 77-244, authorizing execution <br />by the mayor subject to approval by the City Attorney have <br />an agreement with Kaiser Industries Corporation Sand and <br />Gravel Division conveying to the City of Pleasanton fee <br />title to Old Valley Avenue and Busch Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />subsequent to the execution of said agreement, Kaiser Indus- <br />tries executed the appropriate grant deeds conveying to the <br />City Old Valley Avenue and Busch Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />said grant deeds are presented to the City Council, at its <br />meeting of October 25, 1977, for acceptance by the City <br />Council; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. Accepts and authorizes for recommendation two grant deeds <br /> from Kaiser Industries Sand and Gravel Division conveying <br /> to the City of Pleasanton fee title to Old Valley Avenue <br /> and Busch Road. <br /> <br />Section 2.
