CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 77-281 A RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF HOLDING TANK FOR KIE-CON, INC. 3200 BUSCH ROAD WHEREAS, Kie-Con, Inc. is an industrial development at 3200 Busch Road; and WHEREAS, Kie-Con, Inc. has been using a holding tank to provide sewer services to its property since 1971; and WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the City Council of Resolution No. 73-140 (Establishing a Policy for Holding Tanks in the City of Pleasanton) a Holding Tank Agreement was entered into between Kie-Con, Inc. and the City of Pleasanton on September 15, 1975 and renewed on February 14, 1977, extending the hold- ing tank permit to September 17, 1977; and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 73-140 requires that holding tanks be renewed on an annual basis; and WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of October 25, 1977,considered a memorandum from the Director of Engineering Services for re- newal Of the holding tank approval for Kie-Con, Inc. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the continued use of a holding tank for Kie-Con, Inc. at 3200 Busch Road to November 1, 1978, subject to the execution of a modification to the agreement of February 14, 1977 by and between the City of Pleasanton and Kie-Con, Inc. Section 2. The City Attorney is directed to prepare a modification to the February 14, 1977 Holding Tank Agreement by and between the City of Pleasanton and Kie-Con, Inc. and the Mayor is author- ized to sign the same on behalf of the City Council.
