CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-318 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATIONS AND RANKING <br />BY HUMAN SERVICES CO~{ISSION OF CETA TITLE VI PROPOSALS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Alameda County Training and Employment Board, ACTEB, <br />announced the availability of funds for the Public Service <br />Employment projects under Title VI of the Comprehensive <br />Employment and Training Act of 1973 (CETA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Human Services Commission held a public hearing at <br />its special meeting of November 19, 1977, to allow program <br />applicants an opportunity to present their projects to the <br />Commission and to answer questions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of November 29, 1977. <br />received a report from the Director of Recreation and <br />Human Services dated November 15, 1977, relative to <br />recommendations and ranking by Human Services Commission <br />of CETA Title VI Proposals; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Council recommendations will be forwarded to ACTEB <br /> Manpower Advisory Council for their review. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1.
