CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 77-316 APPROVAL OF CITY APPLICATION FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL TO ENLARGE EXISTING CIVIC CENTER BUILDING AT 200 BERNAL AVENUE WHEREAS, designs have been prepared for the expansion of the City Hall building by constructing a connnunity meeting room and additional office space; and WHEREAS, the matter was considered and recommended for approval by the Planning Commission at their meeting of November 9, 1977; and WHEREAS, it is necessary for Council's final design approval since the subject property is in the civic overlay district; and WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of November 29, 1977, received and reviewed a report dated November 18, 1977, from the Director of Planning and Community Development regarding design approval of an addition to the City Hall building located at 200 Bernal Avenue. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the application of the City of Pleasanton for design review approval to enlarge the existing Civic Center at 200 Bernal Avenue by the addition of office space and a meeting room/Council Chambers and the City Attorney's offices, subject to the conditions attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
