Term. ~is agreement sh~l be effective from _Sept~ 1 , 191i through Sept~ 30 , 1978, mx].ess the federal f~ding grant is terminated pm-suant to CFFA H~es ~d Regis,ions. in ~'hicb event this agreement shall terminate the extent that it relates to the terminated portion of the grant. In the event of teresa,ion, all outstm~ding claims arising from such termination shall be settled by Progr~ Agent with the approval of the Department of Labor. Either party to this contract may terminate s~e by giving thirty (30) days ~ritten notice to the other party of its intention to terminate.
