CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-311 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF CONTRACTS WITH ALAMEDA COUNTY REGARDING <br />CETA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, are <br />two contracts governing the extension of the City's Compre- <br />hensive Employment and Training Act (CETA) Title II and <br />Title VI programs; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, approval of these two contracts is necessary to continue <br /> funding of the City's CETA Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of November 29, 1977 <br />received and reviewed a report and attachments dated <br />November 18, 1977, from the Assistant to the City <br />Manager regarding the CETA Contracts. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the Contracts with Alameda County regarding <br /> Comprehensive Employment and Training Act (CETA) Title II <br /> and Title VI Programs. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes appropriate City officials to execute said <br /> contracts. <br /> <br />~ection 3.
