CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-309 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING CLAIMS FROM OCTOBER 1, 1977 THROUGH <br />OCTOBER 31, 1977 IN THE AMOUNT OF $537,243.89 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of November 29, 1977, a check <br />register was presented to the City Council signifying checks <br />which were dispensed from October 1, 1977 through October 31, <br />1977; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the claims contained therein were for approved functions of <br /> the City which are necessary and proper expenses of the City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br /> Claims represented by Checks No. 17502 through No. 17816 <br />and Checks No. 867 - 868, dated from October 1, 1977 through <br />October 31, 1977 in the total amount of $537,243.89 are hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. The financial report dated October 31, 1977 has been re- <br /> viewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3.
