CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-304 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />THE IMPROVEMENT OF SPRING STREET, PROJECT 77-10 AND <br />AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Engineering Services by his report dated <br />October 31, 1977, advised the City Council that plans and <br />specifications have been completed and reviewed by staff <br />for the improvement of Spring Street, Project 77-10; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of November 8, 1977, <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Engineering Services <br />dated October 31, 1977, relating to this project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. Approves the plans and specifications for the improvement <br /> of Spring Street, Project 77-10, as recommended by the Di- <br /> rector of Engineering Services in his report dated <br /> October 31, 1977. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the calling of bids in the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3.
