CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-303 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING JUDITH K. HANHY TO SERVE ON <br />THE HISTORICAL LANDMARK OVERLAY DISTRICT ADVISORY <br />COMMITTEE FOR A TE~4 OF TWO YEARS <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of October 25, ~977, Council- <br />members appointed four Pleasanton residents to serve on the <br />Historical Landmark Overlay',District Advisory Committee <br />pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 691 which <br />established a Historical Lan~mark~OVerlay Zdning District; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 691 provides for the appointment of five <br />members to the Committeean d Judith Hanhy has been recommended <br />for appointment to complete the present membership of the <br />Committee; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Appoints Judith K. Hanhy, 4916 Canary Drive, Pleasanton, <br /> as a member of the Historical Landmark Overlay District <br /> Advisory Committee for a term of two years because of her <br /> interest in historical preservation in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 2.
