CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 77-338 A RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR A PERMIT FOR A HOLDING TANK FOR ALISAL MASONIC LODGE AT HOPYARD ROAD AND VALLEY TRAILS DRIVE, PLEASANTON WHEREAS, Alisal Masonic Lodge has made application to the City for a permit for a sewage holding tank to provide sewerage service for their property at Hopyard Road and Valley Trails Drive; and WHEREAS, permits for holding tanks nmst be approved by the City Council pursuant to Resolution No. 73-140 (A Resolution Establishing a Policy for Holding Tanks in the City of Pleasanton); and WHEREAS , the City Council at its meeting of December 13, 1977, received a report dated December 7, 1977, from the Director of Public Works and Utilities recommending approval of a holding tank permit for Alaisal Masonic Lodge at Hopyard Road and Valley Trails Drive. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Authorizes approval for use of a holding tank by Alisal Masonic Lodge at Hopyard Road and Valley Trails Drive subject to the following conditions: That the property owner enter into a Standard Holding Tank Agreement with the City prior to issuance of a building permit for this development. Execution of this agreement by the proper City officials is auth- orized by approval of this application. That applicant acknowledge in writing their understand- ing of the magnitude of monthly pumping charges and that the Lodge is able and willing to meet this commit- ment as long as the holding tank is necessary. 3. That approval be granted for a one-year period. That applicant acknowledge in writing, prior to issuance of a building permit, their understanding of the time limit of this approval and that City Council is not obligated to automatically grant approval for continued use of the holding tank. ///
