CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-331 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF STREET ALIG~IMENTS AND WIDTHS FOR <br />STONERIDGE REGIONAL SHOPPING CENTER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />in order for the development of the Stoneridge Regional <br />Shopping Center to proceed in an expeditious manner via <br />a parcel map to create the specific site, it is necessary <br />for the City Council to review and approve the street <br />alignments and widths in the area of the shopping center; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />it is desirable to handle this matter with Parcel Maps <br />because the exact size and configuration of the depart- <br />ment store sites within the regional center itself have <br />not yet been determined; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />in addition, the peripheral properties have not yet been <br />designed and several parcel maps will need to be filed as <br />these properties are designed and developed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of December 13, 1977, <br />received and reviewed a report and attachments dated <br />December 7, 1977, from the Director of Engineering <br />Services regarding the approval of street alignments <br />and widths for Stoneridge Regional Shopping Center. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves street alignments and widths for Stoneridge <br /> Regional Shopping Center. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON DECEMBER 13, 1977, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers <br /> Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Brandes, <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and <br /> <br />.PPROVED AS TO FO~ <br />~eputy City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
