CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 77-330 A RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF A PERMIT FOR A HOLDING TANK FOR FRANK AUF der MAUR at 3420 STANLEY BOULEVARD, PLEASANTON WHEREAS, Frank Auf der Maur has received sewage service for his facility at 3420 Stanley Boulevard, Pleasanton, from a sewage holding tank; and WHEREAS, said holding tank was approved by the City Council on December 13, 1976 pursuant to Resolution No. 73-140 (A Resolution Establishing a Policy for Holding Tanks in the City of Pleasanton); and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 73-140 requires that authorization to con- tinue the use of a facility on a holding tank must occur annually; and WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of December 13, 1977 re- ceived a report dated December 7, 1977 from the Director of Engineering Services recommending the renewal of a holding tank permit for Frank Auf der Maur at 3420 Stanley Boulevard. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Authorizes the extension of the approval for use of a hold- ing tank by Frank Auf der Maur at 3420 Stanley Boulevard to December 13, 1978, subject to the original terms and condi- tions of approval and, in addition, subject to the following conditions: (1) That the holding tank be pumped out (emptied) at least one time every 14 days or in accordance with the current City policy concerning the frequency of pumping. (2) That renewal request, together with appropriate re- newal fee, be transmitted to the City at least one month prior to expiration date of December 13, 1978. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
