CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-329 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRESS PAYMENT NO. 2 FOR WORK BY <br />STEINY AND COMPANY, INC. FOR INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC SIG- <br />NALS AT MAIN STREET AND ROSE AVENUE AND MAIN STREET AND <br />RAY STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />work by Steiny and Company, Inc. performed in connection <br />with the installation of traffic signals at Main Street and <br />Rose Avenue and Main Street and Ray Street has progressed <br />satisfactorily to the point at which Progress Payment No. 2 <br />is in order. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Finance officer be instructed to prepare a warrant <br /> in the amount of $23,766.91 in favor of Steiny and Company, Inc., <br /> in satisfaction of Progress Payment No. 2 for the work performed <br /> on the installation of traffic signals at Main Street and Rose <br /> Avenue and Main Street and Ray Street. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its <br /> passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED DECEMBER 13, 1977 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brands, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer and <br /> Mayor Philcox <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~/1/e R .
