CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-327 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH CASTLEWOOD ENTERPRISES <br />REGARDING PROVISIONS FOR IMPLEMENTING MITIGATION <br />MEASURES <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />on May 18, 1977, the Planning Commission considered the <br />environmental assessment prepared for the Castlewood <br />Enterprises minor subdivision application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Commission found that the minor subdivision would not <br />have a significant adverse environmental effect if certain <br />mitigation measures were adopted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Condition 20 of Resolution No. 1524 of the Planning Commis- <br />sion, approving the application for a minor subdivision, <br />required that applicant enter an agreement with the City to <br />provide for enforcement of those mitigation measures deline- <br />ated in Resolution No. 1523 of the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Attorney's office has prepared a simple agreement <br /> providing for their implementation and enforcement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of December 13, 1977, <br />received and reviewed a report and agreement from the <br />Deputy City Attorney, regarding implementing mitigation <br />measures. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the Agreement with Castlewood Enterprises <br /> regarding Provisions for Implementing Mitigation Measures. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizing the Mayor to execute said agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3.
