CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-322 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 77-123 ESTABLISHING <br />FEES AND CHARGES FOR VARIOUS MUNICIPAL SERVICES OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton provides a variety of municipal <br />services for which fees and charges have been established <br />and complied in Resolution No. 77-123; and <br /> <br />it is necessary to amend Section V (Special Permits) by <br />adding the category "Bingo Permit Fee". <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section V (Special Permits of the Resolution estab- <br /> lishing fees and charges for various municipal services <br /> (Resolution 77-123) is hereby amended by adding: <br /> <br />"H. Bingo Permit Fee <br /> <br />$25.00" <br /> <br />Section 2.
