CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-16 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION FOR ELECTION WORKERS <br />AND RENTAL FEES FOR POLLING PLACES FOR MARCH 7, 1978 <br />MUNICIPAL ELECTION. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, A Municipal Election to fill two Council seats will be held <br /> on March 7, 1978; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />It is necessary to compensate those persons who have agreed to <br />serve as Precinct Officers for the March 7, 1978, election, <br />as well as to compensate those persons who are allowing their <br />residences to be used as polling places. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Compensation for Election Officers shall be as follows: <br /> <br />Inspectors <br />Judges <br />Clerks <br /> <br />$31.50 per day <br />$28.50 per day <br />$28.50 per day <br /> <br />Rental fees for polling places are as follows: <br /> <br />With furniture $25.00 <br />W/out furn. $20.00 <br /> <br />Section 2.
