CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-15 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />THE IMPROVEMENT OF ST. MARY STREET AND DIVISION STREET <br />WATER LINE, PROJECT 78-11 AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR <br />BIDS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Engineering Services by his report dated <br />January 17, 1978, advised the City Council that plans and <br />specifications have been completed and reviewed by staff for <br />the improvement of St. Mary Street and Division Street Water <br />line, Project 78-11; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of January 24, 1978, <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Engineering Services <br />dated January 17, 1978, relating to this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />this is a budget project in the current capital improvement <br />program and is under St. Mary Street and Division Street <br />Water Improvement Fund No. 55; the total available fund is <br />$145,000; the estimated cost of this project is around 85% <br />of the available fund; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br /> Approves the plans and specifications for the improvement <br />of St. Mary Street and Division Street Water line, Project <br />78-11, as recommended by the Director of Engineering Services <br />in his report dated January 17, 1978. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the calling of bids in the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3.
