CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALA}~DA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-11 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REVISED FOURTH YEAR APPLICATION <br />FOR HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT FUNDS BY AN <br />INCREASE OF $7,797.00. <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton has been informed by the Department <br />of Housing and Urban Development that Pleasanton's fourth <br />year Housing and Community Development Act Funds have been <br />increased by approximately $7,797.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />because of this revision, HUD requires that the entire <br />fourth year application be resubmitted to Council for <br />consideration and approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />Council, at their meeting of January 16, 1978, approved <br />a revised fourth year HCD Act Funds, allocating the increased <br />amount to Garnet Austin Workshop. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEAS~qTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Allocates the increase in fourth year HCD Act funds in the <br /> amount of $7,797.00 to Garnet Austin Workshop. <br /> <br />Section 2. Reapproves the entire fourth year application for HCD Act <br /> funds to reflect this revision. <br /> <br />Section 3.
