CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-10 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE <br />INSTALLATION OF THERMOPLASTIC LINES AND PAVEMENT MARKINGS <br />ON VARIOUS CITY STREETS, PROJECT NO. 77-11 AND AUTHORIZING <br />CALLING FOR BIDS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Engineering Services by his report dated <br />January 3, 1978, advised the City Council that plans and <br />specifications have been completed and reviewed by staff for <br />the installation of Thermoplastic Lines and Pavement Markings <br />on various City streets, Project No. 77-11; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />this is a Federal Aid Project for which City will receive <br />100% reimbursement as stipulated in Program Supplement No. <br />and <br /> <br />6; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of January 10, 1978, <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Engineering Services <br />dated January 3, 1978, relating to this project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the plans and specifications for the installation <br /> of Thermoplastic Lines and Pavement Markings on various <br /> City streets, Project No. 77-11, as recommended by the Director <br /> of Engineering Services in his report dated January 3, 1978. <br /> <br />Section 2. Approves Program Supplement No. 6 to Local Agency - State <br /> Agreement No. 04-5101 for Federal Aid Improvement. <br /> <br />Section 3. Authorizes the calling of bids in the above project. <br /> <br />Section 4.
