CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-38A <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RE PAYMENT OF COSTS FOR PORTABLE TOILETS <br />FOR PLEASANTON SOCCER TOURNAMENT, FEBRUARY 18 AND 19, 1978. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pleasanton Soccer League's annual Pleasanton Soccer Tourna- <br /> ment is planned to take place on February 18 and 19, 1978~ <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City requires that six portable toilets be provided <br /> for use by the public at the tournament; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the cost of each toilet is approximately $24.00; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the City shall bear the cost of providing the six <br /> portable toilets at the February 18 and 19, 1978, Pleasanton <br /> Soccer Tournament. <br /> <br />Section 2.
