CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-32 <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT FOR WORK BY <br />J. F. HOURIGAN CO. FOR WORK ON RAISED PAVEMENT <br />MARKING PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by J. F. Hourigan Company performed in connection <br /> with the Raised Pavement Marking Project has progressed <br /> satisfactorily to the point at which Final Progress <br /> Payment is in order; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Engineering Services has recommended in <br />his report dated February 7, 1978, that the project be <br />accepted and a notice of completion filed; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. The Finance Officer is instructed to prepare a warrant <br />in the amount of $8,790.62 in favor of J. F. Hourigan Com- <br />pany in satisfaction of Final Progress Payment for the <br />work performed on the Raised Pavement Marking Project. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Com- <br /> pletion. <br /> <br />Section 3.
