CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 78-60 A RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF HOLDING TANK FOR NEW LIFE FELLOWSHIP CHURCH AT 3200 HOPYARD ROAD WHEREAS, New Life Fellowship Church has been using a holding tank to provide sewer services to its property at 3200 Hopyard Road since 1976; and WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the City Council of Resolu- tion No. 73-140 (Establishing a Policy for Holding Tanks in the City of Pleasanton) a Holding Tank Agreement dated March 22, 1976 was entered into between New Life Fellow- ship Church and the City of Pleasanton; and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 73-140 requires that holding tanks be renewed on an annual basis; and WHEREAS, the City Council, at its meeting of March 28, 1978, con- sidered a memorandum from the Director of Engineering Services recommending renewal of the holding tank approval for New Life Fellowship Church. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the continued use of a holding tank for New Life Fellowship Church at 3200 Hopyard Road to March 22, 1978, subject to the execution of a renewal of the agree- ment of March 22, 1976 between the City of Pleasanton and New Life Fellowship Church subject to the following conditions: That the holding tank be pumped out at least one time every month if 1,000 gallons or less per month of sewage is generated or at least one time every fourteen (14) days if sewage generated exceeds 1,000 gallons per month. That renewal request be transmitted to City, together with the appropriate renewal fee, at least one month prior to expiration date of March 22, 1979. Section 2. The City Attorney is directed to prepare a renewal of the March 22, 1976 Holding Tank Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and New Life Fellowship Church and the Mayor is authorized to sign the same on behalf of the City Council.
