CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-52 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE SELECTION CRITERIA FOR <br />THE RESIDENTIAL ALLOCATION PROGRAM. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, at its meeting of March 6, 1978, approved <br /> the adoption of a Residential Allocation Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the approved Residential Allocation Program requires the <br />establishment of "selection criteria" to be used in the <br />operation of that program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has held several public hearings concerning <br />the selection criteria as well as other portions of the <br />Residential Allocation Program and has received and <br />reviewed the recommendations of the Planning Commission <br />and the Growth Management Committee; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has found the selection criteria conforms <br />to the General Plan goals and policies and to the purposes <br />of the Residential Allocation Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has found that the Residential Allocation <br />Program, including the selection criteria, would not have <br />a significant effect on the environment and has instructed <br />that a Negative Declaration be prepared; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. The City Council adopts the selection criteria, consisting <br />of both mandatory and incentive system elements relating to <br />environmental, capital improvement, and housing concerns, <br />contained in Exhibit A, "Residential Allocation Program <br />Selection Criteria," attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />in its entirety. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
