CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-80 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRESS PAYMENT NO. 5 TO <br />OLIVER DE SILVA COMPANY, INC., FOR WORK ON IMPROVE- <br />MENT OF VALLEY AVENUE - SANTA RITA ROAD INTERSEC- <br />TION AND INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />work by Oliver de Silva Company, Inc., performed in con- <br />nection with the improvement of Valley Avenue-Santa Rita <br />Road intersection and installation of traffic signals, <br />has progressed satisfactorily to the point at which Pro- <br />gress Payment No. 5 is in order. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RE- <br />SOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. That the Finance officer be instructed to prepare a war- <br />rant in the amount of $39,930.87 in favor of Oliver de Silva <br />Company, Inc., in satisfaction of Progress Payment No. 5 for <br />work performed on the improvement of Valley Avenue-Santa Rita <br />Road intersection and installation of traffic signals. <br /> <br />Section 2.
