CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-?8 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR PROJECT NO. 78-4, BLACK AVENUE OVERLAY PRO- <br />JECT,AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Engineering Services, by his report dated <br />April 18, 1978, advised the City Council that plans and <br />specifications have been completed and reviewed by staff <br />for Project No. 78-4, Black Avenue Overlay Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of April 25, 1978, re- <br />viewed the report of the Director of Engineering Services <br />dated April 18, 1978, relating to the project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RE- <br />SOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the plans and specifications for Project No. 78-4, <br /> Black Avenue Overlay, as recommended by the Director of En- <br /> gineering Services in his report dated April 18, 1978. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the calling of bids in the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON APRIL 25, 1978 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Kephart, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />NOES: None ~~/~~/ <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~' ~ <br /> MERCER, Mayor <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />
