CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-72 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 7 TO <br />LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO. 04-5101 FOR FEDERAL <br />AID IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton entered intoa master agreement <br />for the Federal-Aid Program with the State of California <br />on September 23, 1977 pursuant to the Federal Highway <br />Safety Act; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of April 11, 1978 re- <br />ceived a report dated April 4, 1978 from the Director <br />of Engineering Services together with attachments for <br />approval of Program Supplement No. 7 for the maintenance <br />of thermoplastic pavement markings on various streets <br />in Pleasanton. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes the execution by the mayor subject to approval <br /> by the City Attorney of Supplement No. 7 to Local Agency- <br /> State Agreement No. 04-5101 for Federal Aid Improvements <br /> under the Federal Highway Safety Act. <br /> <br />Section 2.
