CITY OF pLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO~ 78-64 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APpROVING THE FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT <br />FOR WORK BY JOHN J. BURANIS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, <br />SPRING STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by John J. Buranis Construction Company, performed in <br /> connection with the improvements on Spring Street, has pro~ <br /> gressed satisfactorily to the point at which final progress <br /> payment is in order. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Finance officer be instructed to prepare a war- <br /> rant in the amount of $8,540.41 in favor of John J. Buranis <br /> Construction Company, in satisfaction of final progress pay- <br /> ment for the work performed on the improvements on Spring <br /> Street in Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3.
