RESOLUTION NO. 78-99 RESOLUTION APPROVING REPORT AND ASSESSMENT AND- ORDERING IMPROVEMENT ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1974-5 STONERIDGE CENTER The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: This City Council has taken a'series of actions preliminary to ordering the improvement in Assessment District No. 1974-5, and now makes the following findings and orders: t. The City Council adopted a map showing the boundaries of the land benefited by the 'proposed improvement. A copy of the boundary map was filed in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Alameda in the Book of Maps of Assessment Districts. The City Council adopted its Resolution. of Intention to order the improvement described therein under the Mdnicipal Improve- ment Act Of 1913, and directed MACKAY & SOMPS, as the Engineer of Work for the assessment district, to prepare the report required by Section 10204 of the Streets and Highways Code. The Resolution 0f Intention was later amended. The improvement is generally described as follows: The acquisition of roadway and easement rights-of-way for AssessmentDistrict No. 1974-3.. Said acquisitions shall include all public street rights-of- way necessary for the construction of ring and magazine roads and off-site utility rights~of-wa~ for Assessment District No. 1974-3. The construction of public site improvements adjacent to the Reg4onal Shopping Center, including grading and compaction of public roadway areas, including aggregate base, subbase~ cushion material, asphalt concrete and pavement overlay, street monuments, traffic regulatory signs, street name signs and pavement strip- ing, including concrete curb and gutters, storm water inlets, landscaping and irrigation facilities, and all other appurtenances necessary for the completion of Assessment District No. 1974-5. -1- [C:\TEMP\~LF00001.BMP]
