RESOLUTION NO. 78-98 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. <br />74-81, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1974-5, STONE- <br />RIDGE CENTER, CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, <br /> CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br />That Resolution of Intention No. 74-81, adopted by the <br /> <br />City Council of the City of Pleasanton on the 22nd day of April, <br /> <br />1974, be and is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br />This Council intends to order the following improvement <br /> <br />under the authority of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913: <br /> <br />The acquisition of roadway and easement riGhts-of-way <br />for Assessment District No. 1974-3. Said <br />acquisitions shall include all public street rights-of- <br />way necessary for the construction of ring and magazine <br />roads and off-site utility rights-of-way for Assessment <br />District No. 1974-3. <br /> <br />The construction of public site improvements adjacent <br />to the Regional Shopping Center, including grading <br />and compaction of public roadway areas, including <br />aggregate base, subbase, cushion material, asphalt <br />concrete and pavement overlay, street monuments, traffic <br />regulatory signs, street name signs and pavement strip- <br />ing, including concrete curb and gutters, storm water <br />inlets, landscaping and irrigation facilities, and all <br />other appurtenances necessary for the completion of <br />Assessment District No. 1974-5. <br /> <br />This Council finds that the land specially benefited by <br /> <br />the improvement is shown within the boundaries of the map entitled, <br /> <br />"Boundary Map, Assessment District No. 1974-5, Stoneridge Center, <br /> <br />city of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California." This <br /> <br />map has been approVed by the Council and is now on file with the City <br /> <br />Clerk. The land within the exterior boundaries shown on the map shall <br /> <br />be designated, "Assessment District No. 1974-5, Stoneridge Center, <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
