RESOLUTION NO. 78-97 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING DESIGNATION OF SPECIAL <br />BOND COUNSEL, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1974-5, <br /> STONERIDGE CENTER <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />That all proceedings for Assessment District No. 1974-5, <br />Stoneridge Center, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, <br />be and they are hereby amended to designate the firm of STURGIS, <br />NESS & BRUNSEL~ a professional corporation as Special Bond Counsel <br />and to delete from said proceedings any reference to STURGIS, <br />DEN-DULK, DOUGLASS & ANDERSON as Special Bond Counsel. <br /> <br /> , , · <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly' <br />and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on <br />the 25th day of April, 1978, by the following vote, to wit: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />councilmembers <br />Councilmembers <br />Councilmembers <br /> <br />Brandes, Butler, Kephart, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />CLAYTON E.
