RESOLUTION NO. 78-96 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REPORT AND ASSESSMENT AND <br /> ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1974-4, STONERIDGE CENTER <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> This City Council has taken a series of actions preliminary <br /> to ordering the improvement in Assessment District No. 1974-4, <br /> and now makes the following findings and orders: <br /> <br /> 1. The City Council adopted a map showing the boundaries <br />of the land benefited by the proposed improvement. A copy of the <br />-boundary map was filed in the office of the County Recorder of <br />the County of Alameda in the Book of Maps of Assessment Districts. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Council adopted its Resolution of Intention to <br />order the improvement described therein under the Municipal Improve- <br />ment Act of 1913, and directed ~CKAY & SOMPS, as the Engineer of <br />Work for the assessment district, t~ prepare the report required by <br /> <br />Section 10204 of the Streets <br />intention was later amended. <br />as follows: <br /> <br />and Highways Code. Construction shall include all fine and <br />finish grading; all concrete work, including <br />curbs, gutters, and sidewalks; street paving, <br />including necessary aggregate base, subbase, <br />and asphaltic concrete; storm drainage facili- <br />ties including all conduits and relating struc- <br />tures; all monuments, barricades, street name <br />signs, traffic regulatory signs~ all street <br />lighting, including electroliers and necessary <br />trenching and conduit; and all other improvements <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
