RESOLUTION NO. 78-94 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED BOUNDARY MAP <br /> <br />· ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1974-4, STONERIDGE CENTER <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br />There has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of <br /> <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, <br />for'Assessment District No. <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, <br /> <br />California, an amended boundary map <br /> <br />1974-4, Stoneridge Center, City of <br /> <br />California. <br /> <br /> This Council approves the map and adopts the boundaries <br /> <br />shown on the map as describing the extent of the territory included <br />in the assessment district known as Assessment District No. 1974-4, <br />Stoneridge Center, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California. <br /> <br /> This Council finds that the map is in the form and contains <br /> <br />the matters prescribed by Section 3110 of the California Streets <br /> <br />and Highways Code. <br /> <br /> This Council directs the City Clerk to certify the adoption <br /> <br />of this resolution on the face of the map, and to file a copy of the <br />map with the County Recorder for placement in the Book of Maps of <br />Assessment DiStricts. <br /> <br /> This Council finds that said map amends the map entitled, <br />"Boundary Map, Assessment District No. 1974-4, Stonerldge Center, <br /> <br />City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California," which map <br />was filed in the o.ffice of the County Recorder of the County of Alameda <br /> <br />on the 7th day of May, 1974, in Volume <br />ment Districts at pages 394 and 395. <br /> <br />1 of the Book of Maps of Assess- <br /> <br />-t- <br /> <br /> <br />
