RESOLUTION NO. 78-92 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REPORT AND ASSESSMENT AND <br /> ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1974-3, STONERIDGE CENTER <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> This City Council has taken a series of actions preliminary <br />to ordering the improvement in Assessment District No. 1974-3, and <br />now~makes the following findings and orders: <br /> <br /> 1. The City council adopted a map showing the boundaries <br />of the land benefited by the proposed improvement. A copy of the <br />boundary map was filed in the office of the County Recorder of the <br />County of Alameda in the Book of Maps of Assessment Districts. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Council adopted its Resolution of Intention <br />order the improvement described therein under the Municipal Improve- <br />ment Act of 1913, and directed MACKAY & SOMPS, as the Engineer of <br />Work for the assessment district, to prepare the report required by <br />Section 10204 of the Streets and Highways Code. The Resolution of <br />Intention was later amended. The improvement is generally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> ConstruCtion of public improvements adjacent to the <br /> Regional Shopping Center, including storm drainage <br /> pipe, storm manholes, trenching and trench backfill, <br /> sanitary sewer facilities, including sewer pipe, pump, <br /> manholes, flushing inlets, pipe testing, trenching and <br /> trench backfill, water distribution system, including <br /> pipe, valves, fittings, fire hydrants and other appur- <br /> tenances; offsite storm drainage system; <br /> street signalization system, including all hardware and <br /> appurtenances; street lighting, including electroliers, <br /> trenching and conduit, primary power and gas distribution, <br /> and all other improvements and appurtenances necessary <br /> for the completion of public improvements as shown on <br /> the plans for Assessment District No. 1974-3. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
