RESOLUTION NO. 78-92 RESOLUTION APPROVING REPORT AND ASSESSMENT AND ORDERING IMPROVEMENT ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1974-3, STONERIDGE CENTER The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: This City Council has taken a series of actions preliminary to ordering the improvement in Assessment District No. 1974-3, and now~makes the following findings and orders: 1. The City council adopted a map showing the boundaries of the land benefited by the proposed improvement. A copy of the boundary map was filed in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Alameda in the Book of Maps of Assessment Districts. 2. The City Council adopted its Resolution of Intention order the improvement described therein under the Municipal Improve- ment Act of 1913, and directed MACKAY & SOMPS, as the Engineer of Work for the assessment district, to prepare the report required by Section 10204 of the Streets and Highways Code. The Resolution of Intention was later amended. The improvement is generally described as follows: ConstruCtion of public improvements adjacent to the Regional Shopping Center, including storm drainage pipe, storm manholes, trenching and trench backfill, sanitary sewer facilities, including sewer pipe, pump, manholes, flushing inlets, pipe testing, trenching and trench backfill, water distribution system, including pipe, valves, fittings, fire hydrants and other appur- tenances; offsite storm drainage system; street signalization system, including all hardware and appurtenances; street lighting, including electroliers, trenching and conduit, primary power and gas distribution, and all other improvements and appurtenances necessary for the completion of public improvements as shown on the plans for Assessment District No. 1974-3. -1-
