RESOLUTION NO. 78-91 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 74-71, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1974-3, STONE- RIDGE CENTER, CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: That Resolution of Intention No. 74-71, adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on the 22nd day of April,' 1974, be and is hereby amended to read as follows: "The ~ity Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: This Council intends to order the following improvement under the authority of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913: Construction of public improvements adjacent to the Regional Shopping Center, including storm drainage pipe, storm manholes, trenching and trench backfill, sanitary sewer facilities, including sewer pipe, pump, manholes, flushing inlets, pipe testing, trenching and trench backfill, water distribution system, including pipe, valves, fittings, fire hydrants and other appur- tenances; offsite storm drainage system; street signalization system,'inctuding all hardware and appurtenances; street lighting, including electroliers, trenching and conduit, primary power and gas distribution, and all other improvements and appurtenances necessary for the completion of public improvements as shown on the plans for Assessment District No. 1974-3. This Council finds that the land specially benefited by the improvement is shown within the boundaries of the map entitled, "Boundary Map, Assessment District No. 1974-3, Stoneridge Center, city of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California." This map has been approved by the Council-and is now on file with the City Clerk. The land within the exterior boundaries shown on the map shall be designated, "Assessment District NO. 1974-3, Stoneridge -1-
