RESOLUTION NO. 78-89 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING REPORT AND ASSESSMENT AND <br /> ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1974-2, STONERIDGE CENTER <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> This City Council has taken a series of actions preliminary <br /> <br />to ordering the improvement in Assessment District No. 1974-2, <br /> <br />and now makes the following findings and orders: <br /> <br /> 1. The City Council adopted a map showing the boundaries of <br />the land benefited by the'proposed improvement. A copy of the <br />boundary map was filed in the office of the County Recorder of the <br />County of Alameda in the Book of Maps of Assessment Districts. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Council adopted its Resolution of Intention to <br />order the improvement described therein under the M~nicipal Improve- <br />ment Act of 1913, and directed MACKAY & SOMPS, as the Engineer of Work <br />for the assessment district, to prepare the report required by Section <br />10204 of the Streets and Highways Code. The Resolution of Intention <br />was later amended. The improvement is generally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />The design and construction of a vehicular overcrossing <br />for Stoneridge Drive across 1-680 and the Alamo Canal; <br />including all engineering design, construction bidding, <br />and construction. Construction should include all grad- <br />ing; concrete work, including all reinforced concrete <br />structure work, rock bedding, and curb and gutter; <br />asphaltic concrete paving; storm drainage facilities <br />including conduit and structure, together with the <br />acquisition of any necessary interests in real pro- <br />perty. The aforementioned work shall be done by the <br />Department Of Transportation, State of California, and <br />in accordance with State of California specifications. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
