RESOLUTION NO. 78-84 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING DESIGNATION OF SPECIAL <br />BOND COUNSEL, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1974-1, <br /> STONERIDGE CENTER <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />That all proceedings for Assessment District No. <br />1974-1, Stoneridge Center, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, <br />California, be and they are hereby amended to designate the firm <br />of STURGIS, NESS & BRUNSELL a professional corporation as Special <br />Bond Counsel and to delete from said proceedings any reference to <br />STURGIS, DEN-DULK, DOUGLASS & ANDERSON as Special Bond Counsel. <br /> <br /> , · , <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly <br />and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br /> <br />Alameda <br /> <br />the 25th <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on <br /> <br /> day of Apri~ 1978, by the following vote, to wit: <br /> Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, KeDhart~ Wood~ and Mayor Mercer <br /> Councilmembers None <br /> <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers None <br /> <br />CLAYTON E.
