RESOLUTION NO. 78-83 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING BANK OF AMERICA AS PAYING AGENT <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICTS NO. 1974-1, 1974-2, 1974-3, 1974-4 AND 1974-5, STONERIDGE CENTER <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> The City Council has authorized issuance of bonds to be issued <br />under the Improvemen~ Bond Act of 1915 of the State of California <br />in Assessment Districts No. 1974-1, 1974-2, 1974-3, 1974-4 and <br />1974-5, Stoneridge Center; and <br /> <br /> The City of Pleas~nton has an existing agreement with Bank <br /> <br />of America National Trust and Savings Association by which said <br />Bank acts as paying agent for the bonds of the City of Pleasanton <br />and such bonds as are administered by City officers; and <br /> <br /> Said fees as set forth in said existing agreement appear <br /> <br />fair and reasonable for the services provided by said Bank, <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City C~uncil of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, does hereby find, resolve, determine <br />and order as follows: <br /> <br /> t. Bank of America National Trust ahd Savings Association, <br />Main Office, San Francisco, California, is hereby appointed paying <br />agent for bonds issued in said assessment district, and said Bank <br />shall be paid in accordance with the existing agreement between said <br />City of Pleasanton and said Bank of America National Trust and <br />Savings Association. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
