required to retire the City's share of the assessments levied in Assess- <br />ment Districts No. 1974-2 and 1974-4, whichever shall first occur. Upon <br />termination of this agreement, all obligations of the City with respect <br />to the Special Fund described above and the obligation of the City to <br />contribute from said Special Fund shall terminate. <br /> <br /> B. Entire Agreement. This agreement constitutes and contains <br />the entire agreement of the parties and supersedes any and all prior <br />negotiations, correspondence, understandings and agreements between the <br />parties respecting the subject matter hereof. <br /> <br /> C. Modification of Agreement. All modifications or amendments <br />to this agreement shall be in writing and shall be evidenced by a writing <br />executed by both parties. <br /> <br /> D.
